My work is focused on evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and I also incorporate other treatment modalities such as supportive counseling, solution focus and use the strengths perspective. We will work together to identify your goals to develop a treatment plan. Our work together will help expand your awareness of self and others, as well as to develop strategies for coping and for positive change.
