Everyone experiences grief and  loss in their lives.  Loss comes in many forms and these losses can bring about grief which can be very difficult to deal with.

Not everyone realizes but grief comes from a variety of losses  which may include:

  • Death of a loved one, family member or pet

  • Living with a terminal or chronic diagnosis 

  • Loss of physical ability resulting from illness

  • Financial loss or insecurity

  • Divorce/relationship ending

  • Moving to new home/new state

  • Loss of job

  • Adult children of parental abandonment
