Who Individual Therapy Is For

This service is for adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, managing anger, anxiety or depression, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone—support is here to help you move forward and begin reaching your personal goals.

What Sessions Are Like

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place in a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to share openly. Through active listening and a collaborative approach, we use evidence-based techniques—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to help you gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Sessions are available in person in Jupiter or online for clients located anywhere in the state of Florida.
